Skateboarders worldwide were focused on the European contest circuit over the summer, and for the ninth consecutive year 411 was there to capture the biggest stars and the best skateboarding.

Featured contests are the Mystic Skate Cup in Prague, Czech Republic, the Armageddon Cup in Birmingham, England, the Scandinavia Open in Copenhagen, Denmark, and the 22nd Monster Mastership in Dortmund, Germany. Featured skateboarders include Nilton Nieves, Tosh Townend, Daniel Viera, Chad Bartie, Austen Seaholm, Lincoln Ueda, Pierre Luc Gagnon, Tas Pappas, Mathias Ringstrom, Danny Wainwright, Danny Fuenzalida, Dayne Brummet, Ronnie Creager, Colt Cannon, Ryan Sheckler, Rodney Jones, Chris Haslam, Allan Mesquita, Greg Lutzka, and many more!

Europe 2003 also includes several team tours throughout the continent and a street section from Kiev, Ukraine featuring Reese Forbes, Brad Staba, and Kenny Reed! The Billabong team travels through France and Spain on "El Touro" with team riders Daniel Haney, Chad Bartie, Rodney Jones, Bucky Lasek, and Tyler Hansen. And the Zoo York "European Tourture" visits the Czech Republic, Switzerland, and Germany with team riders Zered Bassett, Robert Lopez Mont, Brian Brown, Forrest Kirby, Aquil Brathwaite, plus other guest appearances.
